When you create an account or request information as a content creator, we collect only the necessary operational data, including:

Account & Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and business details provided during signup or contact inquiries.
Hosted Content: Videos, audio files, documents, and other digital assets uploaded for storage and streaming.
Access Control Configurations: Access codes, code parameters, and expiration conditions created to protect your media pages.
System Logs: Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) used solely for platform security, maintenance, and abuse prevention.

3. Zero Data Collection on End-Clients (Students/Viewers)

Our business model is engineered around privacy. For End-Clients accessing your hosted content:

No Accounts Required: End-Clients do not register or create accounts.
No Personal Information Requested: We do not ask for names, email addresses, phone numbers, or user demographics.
No Payment Data Processed: All financial transactions occur directly between the Customer and End-Client outside of LearningShelf.org. We never process or see payment details.
No Tracking Cookies: We do not use third-party tracking, profiling cookies, or advertising tags on content access pages.

4. How We Use Customer Information

We use the data collected from Customers strictly for operational purpose, including:

Providing secure file storage and streaming media infrastructure.
Managing access code validation algorithms.
Responding to customer support inquiries and requests.
Maintaining service integrity, network security, and preventing platform abuse.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to safeguard your media assets and account information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Content is stored on secure cloud architecture behind access-control barriers.

We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal data or hosted media. We may share data only with trusted technical infrastructure vendors (such as hosting and cloud storage providers) strictly necessary to run our service, or when legally mandated by valid law enforcement requests.

Customers retain full ownership of their content and may request data deletion or account closure at any time by contacting us. Upon account termination, hosted media files and associated configuration data are permanently removed from our active servers.
