LearningShelf.org provides turnkey media players and file hosting that allows Customers to share content with their clients ("End-Clients") using customized access codes.

LearningShelf.org reserves the right, but not the obligation, to suspend accounts or delete files immediately if content is found to violate these Terms.

5. Storage, Bandwidth, and Availability

While LearningShelf.org strives for 99.9% uptime and high availability, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right to establish storage limits, bandwidth thresholds, or perform scheduled maintenance necessary to protect server stability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearningShelf.org, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, service interruptions, or system downtime resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LearningShelf.org from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your uploaded content, your violation of these Terms, or disputes with your End-Clients.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, our infrastructure, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
