1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by LearningShelf.org ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our Service.

2. Description of Service

LearningShelf.org provides secure, access-code-protected digital content storage and media hosting infrastructure for content creators, instructors, and hobbyists ("Customers"). LearningShelf.org provides turnkey media players and file hosting that allows Customers to share content with their clients ("End-Clients") using customized access codes.

3. Customer Responsibilities & Financial Transactions

• Direct Customer Billing: LearningShelf.org is strictly a hosting platform. Customers are solely responsible for collecting payments from their End-Clients through independent channels. LearningShelf.org retains 0% of transaction fees and processes no client transactions.
• Access Code Distribution: Customers are solely responsible for generating, managing, and distributing access codes to authorized End-Clients.
• Content Authorization: Customers warrant that they own or hold all necessary licenses, copyrights, permissions, and rights to all digital files submitted for storage and display.

4. Acceptable Use Policy & Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload, store, or distribute any content that:

• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, patents, or intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or invasive of privacy.
• Contains malware, viruses, corrupted files, or harmful software code.
• Violates local, state, national, or international laws and regulations.

LearningShelf.org reserves the right, but not the obligation, to suspend accounts or delete files immediately if content is found to violate these Terms.

5. Storage, Bandwidth, and Availability

While LearningShelf.org strives for 99.9% uptime and high availability, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right to establish storage limits, bandwidth thresholds, or perform scheduled maintenance necessary to protect server stability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearningShelf.org, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, service interruptions, or system downtime resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LearningShelf.org from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your uploaded content, your violation of these Terms, or disputes with your End-Clients.

8. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, our infrastructure, or third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
